Shipping policy
Formline Engineered Accessories strive to maintain affordable freight and shipping rates for our customers.
We offer shipping by:
- Australia Post (Parcel Post and Express Post).
- Courier (Sendle/Couriers Please/DHL)
All orders include packing and handling charges.
When will my order ship?
We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Orders for in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. A notification from the shipping service will be received when your order has started its journey so that you can track its progress.
Please allow additional time for out-of-stock items, custom and special orders. We manufacture our quality products offshore so supply can be affected by delays beyond our control. We will provide an estimate of shipping time and costs to custom and special-order customers.
When will my order arrive?
For orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post or Sendle so tracking information will be provided by email. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over its handling and the tracking information will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. Only orders shipped via eParcel or Express Post can be delivered to PO boxes.
If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on location within Australia. For larger items, we may use other courier services, and we'll provide both a quote and tracking for those deliveries when the order leaves our warehouse.
Melbourne Metro customers can use our Same Day courier service for orders with a higher fee based on weight and volume. We recommend using a business address where someone will be available to receive the goods.
For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. International orders are shipped with Australia Post, and this service includes tracking, so you'll receive a more accurate estimate when your order leaves our warehouse. Formline is not responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination. Delays in international shipping are unpredictable, so we are unable to offer shipping time estimates for orders shipped outside Australia at this time.
